FEES AND PAYMENTS

 Fees

Membership on the Website is available on the payment of prescribed fee structure and meeting other conditions as described in the User Agreement. All fees are non-refundable. Vaahanbid may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on the Website. In such an event Vaahanbid reserves the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing services, as the case may be.

Non-payment: Vaahanbid reserves the right to issue a warning, temporarily /indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership of the Website and refuse to provide you with access to the Website in case of non-payment of fees by You to Vaahanbid also reserves the right to take legal action in case of non-payment of fees by You to Vaahanbid. Unless otherwise stated, all fees shall be quoted in Indian Rupees

Taxes

You are responsible for paying all fees associated with the use of the Website and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes, charges, cesses etc. levied thereon.

Security Deposits and Refund

Vaahanbid will collect a minimum deposit of 10,000-security deposit from all Member applicants. Vaahanbid will return the Member security deposit upon the Member's request if all invoices and charges have been paid in full; however, the Member's account will then be downgraded, and bids are not accepted. In the event a Member fails to pay any invoice and the debt is past due, Vaahanbid will use the Member's security deposit to satisfy the debt. All refunds shall be credited to the Bank Account provided by Member. In the event the bank account is not valid the refund shall be made by cheque and mailed to the Member at the Member's address on file with Vaahanbid within 45 days of receipt of written request and verification of amount due.

We, hereby declare that,

1.

We have read, examined and understood the online trading documents pertaining to this online trading notice and have no reservations to the same.

2.

We understand that, Vaahanbid is a mere facilitator in the deal and has no role of a seller/purchaser in whatsoever means.

3.

We understand that, Vaahanbid is only providing an online platform for enabling and facilitating a transparent and good realization of seller vehicle. The valuation is being held on behalf of the seller.

4.

We offer to execute the works in conformity with the Online Trading Documents.

5.

The buyer/Seller shall be statutorily responsible for the malfunctioning of the materials/condemned goods subsequently sold at his end and informing the regulatory authorities, if any, and following the processes of the regulatory authorities accordingly.

6.

That the Seller/Purchaser after finalizing the deal for sell/purchase of vehicle from our website cannot be back out and if the seller/purchaser do it so then the amount deposited by the said seller/purchaser which deposited by him/her with Vaahanbid will be forfeited by Vaahanbid and the seller/purchaser cannot be challenged the same from us before any court of law. The Vaahanbid will not be liable and responsible for return/refund the deposited amount to the purchaser if the purchaser violate any terms and conditions accepted by him/her at the time or after finalizing the deal.

That if any interested person wants to seller/purchase or agreed to sell/purchase any vehicle from our website vaahanbid.com then the purchaser as well as the seller (from whom the purchaser agreed to purchase) will be liable/responsible towards any documentation regarding the purchase and sell of the said vehicle in the concerned authority. The Vaahanbid will not be liable or responsible for any loss/damage occurred between the seller and purchaser in respect of the said vehicle.

8.

Seller/Buyer can’t cancel any deal without any prior notice, in case of any irregularities in the case occurred seller/buyer has to take permission of deal cancellation from Vaahanbid. If Vaahanbid is not agreed for the mutual cancellation of deal and still seller/buyer cancelled the deal then it will be considered as back out from buyer/seller end.

9.

Vaahanbid does not hold any liability for any occurrence of any mishap arising from your usage of our Services resulting in any financial, material or human damage. We understand and agree that Vaahanbid shall not be liable to us for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from or relating to the usage of the services or platform provided by Vaahanbid.

10.

Vaahanbid may terminate your access to or use of the Services, or any portion thereof, immediately and at any point, at its sole discretion, if the user violates or breaches any of its obligations, responsibilities, or covenants under these Terms. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Terms, upon termination of your access to or use of the Services, all amounts or outstanding money due by us in relation to our use of or access to the Services shall become immediately payable.

When we apply to become a registered Buyer and during our use of the Website and the Services, we will provide us with data. We will respect the privacy of such data. We will only collect, use, disclose or process your data in accordance with data protection laws for more information as to how we will do this please refer to our Privacy Policy, which we accept by our continued use of the Website or the Services. We must keep our data accurate and up-to-date and promptly send Vaahanbid any new or amended data. Vaahanbid will only share data with other parties as set out in our Privacy Policy.

12.

We agree to act lawfully, diligently and honestly at all times when we access and use the Website or Services and will comply with all laws and regulations applicable to our use of the Website or Services. We guarantee that all the details we supply on registration or at any time thereafter are and will remain true and accurate.

13.

We agree that we will not interfere with, jeopardise, disrupt or harm the Website or Services and that we will not intercept, expropriate, re-use, steal or re-utilise any system, data, photographs or information comprised in or provided to Vaahanbid via the Website or Services.

14.

We agree that we shall be solely liable for actions taken using our username and password to access the Website or Services, whether taken by us or third parties and/or with or without our consent or knowledge.
